 Heartsongs for You and Your Baby
– For Pregnant Mothers and Their Partners
Everyone can learn to sing! Really – EVERYONE
In this
prenatal class pregnant mothers and their partners/spouses will learn breathing and relaxation exercises, warm-ups and vocalizes, interval and rhythm patterns, creative movement, story telling, and lots of songs:
• Traditional lullabies • Nursery songs • International folk songs
•
The music of Abba (Momma Mia) • The Sound of Music
Singing communicates emotion through sound, rhythm and words, and brings joy to your life and to your baby who will hear and feel you singing, speaking and moving well before she or he is born.
Singing promotes bonding between parents and baby, and lowers your stress and anxiety. You will experience confidence, relaxation, and fun in the
Heartsongs for You and Your Baby classes.

Wednesdays 12:00 - 12:45 pm for 15 weeks (two semesters)
Beginning September 16, 2009
Tuition: $330.00 per semester per

(no charge for partner or spouse)
Materials: $50 first semester; $35 second semester
