World Children’s Choir - Junior Choir

Artistic Goals:
Develop Vocal, Musical, and Performing Skills

Singers will learn to sing with lovely tone, and how to concentrate, behave, and perform in rehearsals and concerts.

Repertoire: International folk songs, Broadway show tunes, and other songs with lovely melodies. All music is sung in Italian Bel Canto vocal style. Activities include singing, drumming, and choreography.

Junior Choir singers perform in all WCC season concerts and special events to which they are invited.

Singer Age: 4 through 7
Saturday Weekly Rehearsal:
8:45 AM to 10:45 AM
One Saturday / month: 8:15 AM - 10:45 AM
Extra Rehearsals: Tuesday and Thursday evening before December, March, and May Season Concerts; West African Culture Concert and Mason Festival of the Arts concerts in June
