International Voices for Children Festival

Washington, DC (USA) * June 2007

Contests

Students age 10 - 18 may apply to appear in one or more Festival categories — circus arts, crafts, creative writing, fine and visual arts, music composition, and/or performing arts. All applicants are advised to read the Festival information and guidelines very carefully to insure that a complete application and entry is provided. The Voices for Children Festival is not just about presenting your artistic and creative work to the public. The Festival is designed to foster cross-cultural communication and to begin "outside-the-box thinking" and conversations that foster international understanding, friendship, and peace. All applicants must work through the Peace Collage process described below (also on pages 4 & 5 of the guidelines/application document).
