World Children’s Choir - i Can Be Nice Program

How can you be nice? Do you remember a special time someone was nice to you? A time when you thought, "Wow, that was so nice of them?" Well, the World Children's Choir wants to hear YOUR nice story and wants YOU to color an “i Can Be Nice” coloring page - please contact us so you can get started!

Help the World Children’s Choir show the world just how easy being nice is. WCC singers will share your submitted nice stories and artwork at concerts and online. WCC will also take the time to travel within our community and thank people for being nice. We'll share your nice stories and “I Can Be Nice” coloring pages with people around the world.

You can mail your picture and coloring page (be sure to sign the back) to:

Thanks so much!

This young lady is a wonderful voice for children!

You can be too!

She will receive WCC's certificate acknowledging her as a
Very Special Voice for Children!

WCC’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Christopher Bonanti, met Michele Hirata at Gymnastics World where both of their children take gymnastics lessons.

Mr. Bonanti noticed the intricate hat that Michele was knitting and inquired about it. Michele explained that she was inspired by the tragic loss of her mother to breast cancer a few years ago to give back to people in need. Michele’s passion to bring a smile and love to people suffering from cancer by providing her artistic, one-of-a-kind hats as gifts has continued to inspire her to “change the world one person at a time.”

The “i Can Be Nice” program came from bridging the mission of WCC and the work that Michele has done over the years and was designed by Michele for the World Children's Choir.

Michele has her own website if you are interested in finding out additional information about this passionate and giving person: www.fatthumb.com.

Michele and Jim Selway (Associate Director of WCC), spent a Saturday afternoon a few weeks ago writing the lyrics for a new song,
I Can Be Nice. Jim wrote the music in two days, and WCC is learning the song now, and will record it very soon.
